This feature can be configured from the FULL version of GxpManager via a defined profile (administrator or project administrator).
A new tab in the links grid, Journal, displays the number of times the document has been downloaded from an element in the main grid, the identifier of the person concerned, and the date and time of the action, as in the audit trail.
