Data export is subject to management of the logged-in user’s rights to the records to be exported.
Export from grid
Data can be extracted and exported by generating an Excel matrix. To do this, click on the export icon.
A window appears, offering to open the file or save it to your computer.
An Excel file is then automatically generated, displaying all grid data. When a filter or sort has been applied to the grid on the application, it is retained for Excel export. To export your grouping data, simply click on the icon . A window appears, prompting you to open or save the xlsx file on your computer.
The Excel file then opens, and the data is exported with the grouping performed in the grid.
